Welcome to Antiques & Moore! This listing is for a beautiful antique Japanese Meiji Period Arita Imari 7 bottle vase. The design features multiple hand painted medallions, having three floral and geometric designs in rust alternating against rust and white grounds.
Three cobalt panels with rust colored blossoms. Long slender neck decorated with matching blossom design enameled in rust against a white ground with cobalt accents on some of the leaves. The vase is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks and nice details in the enameling. There is one small firing pit in the pottery (see photos) - no other noted flaws.
Measures 6 3/8" high, the top diameter is 3/8", the maximum width is 2 3/4" and the base is 1 1/4" in diameter.
