Magnificent very colorful very intricately detailed bamboo floral bird pattern with elegant sterling silver base and rim trim. You only need one word to describe this piece. It is 4 7/8 inches tall by 4 ½ in diameter. Unfortunately it does have a flat dent on the back side approx.

1 ½ x 2 ½ , it is unseen when displayed with the best side out as you can see. Certainly worth the effort to restore considering the rarity and value of these pieces. It is in otherwise excellent overall condition with no other flaws or damage. Pieces by Hayashi Kodenji are extremely rare. Great fresh recent fine estate find.
